Visa

Please, read it considerate.

In accordance with Article 6, part 3, paragraph (g) of Agreement between the European Community and the Russian Federation on the facilitation of the issuance of visas

members of youth sport competitions and accompanying persons (as ones as: coach, doctor, sport manager, massage therapist, team doctor, sport club director)
can get Russian visa without visa fee. All you need is a letter from Russian Go Federation about your personal invitations to youth sport event. This letter you will add to standard visa documents set, and your Russian visa will be free.

If you are a participant of competition, you must be younger than 30 (in this case you are “young” in accordance with Russian laws). If you are older than 30 you can be massage therapist, for example.

If you want to use this possibility, you should to send to organizers a letter with info about your participation in time. For preparing letter to Russian embassies/consulates in your countries we need list of team members with team roles; pass numbers; dates of birth.

For example:
Frederic Renaud
Team leader
Born …..
Pass No 123456
Pass expiry date 2020/12/31

Milena Bocle
Player
Born …
Pass No …
Pass expiry date …

And so on.

In other case we will think that you will get your visa yourself.
